Diego Fernando López Ugolini

Mr. López Ugolini graduated from the Universidad Católica Argentina in the year 2003. Then he completed a postgraduate in international taxation of companies in the Universidad de Salamanca in the year 2003. He was awarded a Master’s Degree in Laws in Capital Markets and Financial Institutions by the University of Georgetown in 2005.
He is assistant professor in the subject Civil and Commercial Corporations at the Universidad de Buenos Aires.
His area of specialty is Commercial Law and Partnerships and Corporations. He joined NTMDALL in the year 2006 when it was organized. He speaks English, Italian and French.
