Our Law Firm has not lost its personal imprint of “litigation law firm”- an issue which is addressed with emphasis and dedication, basically in the area of mercantile law (disputes regarding commercial and corporate matters and issues related to bankruptcy), but we have also devoted our work to counseling regarding sales of blocks of shares, mergers, restructuring, etc.
