Jorge Osvaldo López

Mr. López graduated with honors from the School of Law of the Universidad de Buenos Aires when he was 20 years old and then he started his practice at the Law Firm "Paroisier”.
In the year 1977 he founded his own law firm together with Mr. Mario Laporta, called “Laporta – López & Associates”. As a partner to that law firm he specialized in counseling and assistance to corporations and businessmen in matters related to debt restructuring, insolvency, partnerships and commerce. In the year 2005 he left the law firm that he had founded in order to organize together with his current partners the law firm “NTMDALL”.
He has defended the interests of some of his clients in the United States acting as expert witness in pre-bankruptcy before the Bankruptcy Court of the United States.
He speaks fluent French and Italian.
