Oscar Alejandro Martínez

Mr. Martínez has devoted his professional practice to counseling, corporate assistance and litigation, working both for national and foreign companies and businessmen (basically regarding acquisitions, contracts, corporate disputes, pre-bankruptcy, out-of-court preventive settlements, trusts, etc).
He started his career in the year 1984 working for the Judicial Power. In the year 1986 he joined the Law Firm “Zaefferer Silva”, becoming a partner in the year 1990. He became a partner of the Law Firm “Naveira, Truffat & Associates” in the year 1998.
Education: His High School Diploma was granted by the Escuela Superior de Comercio Carlos Pellegrini and he then proceeded with his studies at the Law School of the Universidad de Buenos Aires where he graduated in 1988. Mr. Martínez has attended several congresses and events related to Commercial Law.
He has taken part in the publishing of a number of papers on the specialty.
